• if your data is required by our sister company Evinox Services Ltd, in order for them to provide an additional service(s) associated with our Products or Services provided that, again, we will ensure a contract is in place with Evinox Services Limited, prior to sharing your personal data with them, which confirms they are under a legal obligation to protect and process your personal data in accordance with the obligations imposed by the DPA and GDPR.

WHERE WE STORE YOUR PERSONAL DATA
The data that we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will usually be stored by us at a destination anywhere within the European Economic Area (EEA). If it becomes necessary for us to transfer your personal data to a country outside of the EEA we will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place to safeguard your personal data to the same level of security and protection as exist within the EEA.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
We will retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as long as is necessary to provide you with access and support to our Products and Services and thereafter for a run-off period of 7 years. In some cases, we may retain your information for a longer period and we will advise you of this at the time.

If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use your personal data to provide you with access to our Products or Services, contact us at compliance@evinox.co.uk. We will only retain and use your personal data thereafter as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Where we receive a large number of requests, or receive especially complex requests, this may be extended by a maximum of two further months.
